Plastic extrusion system
- Welded by a strong steel profile and plate, the extruder platform is connected to the hoisting frame platform of the cast film extrusion die through a staircase with guardrails. And GSD high-efficiency single-screw extruder is firmly mounted on this platform. It adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor, raw material dust separator, metal separator, melt metering pump, barrel filter, pressure sensor, and other devices. The automatic casting die head and the casting roller can easily be adjusted to keep parallel to the ground due to the gantry-type structure.
Casting & cooling system
- The casting roller is with a spiral-type runner design and finely atomized surface treatment. Adopting imported bearings, and a professional servo motor, the casting, and cooling system provides a stable and efficient performance. The surface of the cast film calibration rollers and cast film cooling rollers are mirror-finished.
Hauling & automatic winding system
- The hauling & automatic winding systems are equipped with audible and visual alarm devices, high-voltage electrostatic automatic edge-aligning devices,s, and a high-voltage electrostatic automatic film splicing device. The 2 station turret winder can ensure the accuracy of double tension control, optimize the taper of cast film coils, and improve the speed of roller change.
Electrical control system
- The control system of the three-layer co-extrusion lithium battery separation film production line includes the automatic temperature control system, the synchronous speed control system, the automatic tension control system, and the automatic roller change system. We can realize the mutual switching between the automatic temperature control system and the synchronous speed control system by the communication between the 2 Siemens man-machine interfaces.
