*Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Forming Device
- The single wall corrugated forming device is the most important part of GSD single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line, which includes forming mold, transmission system and control system. The forming mold is composed of dozens of pairs of continuous forming blocks fixed on two drive belts one two loop tracks of the device platform, each pair of forming blocks have a block assembled on the left track and the other on the right track. When the system drives the mold to rotate, the left and right forming blocks repeat the closing and opening action, and the single wall corrugated pipe is shaped by the left and right forming blocks when they meet together as pairs . That means the forming mold is closed to form the forming cavity for the round pipe, and the forming mold is opened when the pipe comes out from the corrugated forming device. The corrugated forming device plays the role of corrugated pipe shape forming and also pipe hauling at the same time.
- According to different customers’ requirements on the quality and appearance of single wall corrugated pipe, our single-wall corrugated pipe forming device has 2 options for forming way, the vacuum forming and the air pressure forming. Vacuum shaping has the characteristics of fast cooling speed, while air pressure forming can achieve beautiful corrugated shape forming effect.
